Reference ranges depend on your analyser and method, so QliniLab never guesses them — you set them, and flags follow. Calculated values like LDL use well-known formulas, with their limits spelled out (LDL by Friedewald isn't valid above 400 mg/dL triglycerides — the panel template notes that, so your team knows when to measure LDL directly).
