1.Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Qlinio Private Limited (“Qlinio”, “we”, “us”), CIN U62011KL2026PTC105151, registered at 2/1149/I 100, Hilite Business Park, Tower 2, Iringallur, Kozhikode, Kerala 673014, India. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use the site.

When you book a demo, you confirm these terms at that point, and that confirmation forms the agreement between us. Simply reading a page commits you to nothing.

2.What this website is

This is a marketing website for QliniLab, lab software for pathology labs and diagnostic centres. It describes what the product does and what it costs.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of features and prices are an invitation to talk to us. Features may change, and not every feature is available on every plan.

3.QliniLab subscriptions are governed separately

Using QliniLab itself is not governed by these website terms. When a laboratory becomes a customer, its use of the product is governed by the subscription terms and any written agreement between the laboratory and us, covering fees, support, service levels, data processing and termination. Where those and these website terms disagree, the product terms govern everything to do with the product.

4.Results and reports stay the laboratory's responsibility

QliniLab is a tool for recording, calculating, organising and printing laboratory work. It does not perform tests and does not replace the people who are qualified to sign a report. Whatever the product terms say in detail, these principles always apply:

• Every report is verified by the laboratory. A result becomes a report only when an authorised person at the laboratory has reviewed and verified it. The laboratory is responsible for who it authorises to verify and sign.
• Calculated values are aids, not judgements. Values QliniLab works out from other results — LDL cholesterol, for example — follow standard formulas that have known limits. The laboratory decides which calculations to use and must check calculated values before verifying, especially where the formula is unreliable for that sample.
• Reference ranges and flags are the laboratory’s settings. Ranges, units and the high/low flags derived from them come from how the laboratory configures its tests and its methods, and the laboratory is responsible for keeping them correct.
• Entered data is the laboratory’s. We are not responsible for errors in what is typed or imported into QliniLab, including patient identity, sample labelling and results.
• Partner labs. When a laboratory outsources a test to a partner lab through QliniLab, the arrangement and the result are between the two laboratories.
• Licences and registrations are the laboratory’s. Registration under the Clinical Establishments Act or state rules where they apply, any accreditation such as NABL, and the qualifications of the people who sign reports are matters for the laboratory. Using QliniLab does not make a laboratory compliant or accredited.
• Patient notice and consent. As Data Fiduciary for its patients’ data, the laboratory is responsible for informing patients and obtaining consent where the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.

5.Not medical advice, not a medical device

Nothing on this website is medical advice. It is written for the people who run laboratories, not for patients interpreting their own results. If you are a patient, talk to the doctor who ordered your test; if your situation is urgent, seek emergency care.

QliniLab does not diagnose, interpret results clinically, or recommend treatment, and it is not offered as a medical device.

6.Not legal or compliance advice

Anything we say about regulation — the DPDP Act, clinical establishment rules, accreditation — is a practical summary by people building software in this field. It is not legal advice, may be out of date, and does not account for your circumstances. Confirm your obligations with a qualified professional.

7.Pricing information

Prices on this site are read from our billing system, quoted in Indian Rupees, and exclusive of GST unless we say otherwise. They may change, and the site may take a few minutes to show a change. The price you actually pay is the one shown at checkout or recorded in your agreement; if they differ, that one governs.

8.Booking a demo

A demo is an appointment, not a purchase. Nothing is charged and you take on no obligation to buy.

• Give accurate contact details. We verify your email with a one-time code so nobody can book in your name.
• Book only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.
• Tell us if you cannot attend, so the slot can go to someone else. We may decline future bookings from anyone who repeatedly does not attend.
• We may reschedule or cancel a demo, and will tell you as early as we can.

Demos use sample data. Please do not bring real patient records or reports to a demo, or enter them into any demonstration account.

9.Acceptable use

When using this website, please do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the site, including by flooding it with automated traffic.
• Use the demo form to send spam, or to submit someone else’s details without their knowledge.
• Submit patient health data. This website is not built for it, and we will delete any we receive.
• Scrape or copy the site to build a competing product or dataset, or to train a model on our content.
• Misrepresent your identity or your connection with any organisation.

10.Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, illustrations, and the Qlinio, QliniLab, Qlinikit and Qlini names and logos — belongs to us or is used with permission. Using our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or association needs our written agreement. The sample IDs, names and values shown in product illustrations are made up.

11.Links to other websites

We link to other websites where it helps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; a link is not an endorsement.

12.Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not promise it, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice. No service level applies to the website; service levels for QliniLab, if any, are in the product terms.

13.Disclaimers

This website is provided as is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current.

14.Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to ₹10,000.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be contracted out of. Liability for the QliniLab product is dealt with in the product terms, not capped at this figure.

15.Privacy

How we handle personal data, including lab and patient data inside QliniLab, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16.Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version published here, with the effective date at the top, is the one that applies. Changes are not retrospective — a demo booked under earlier terms stays governed by them.

17.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without depriving you of any consumer forum you are entitled to approach under Indian law.

Before starting proceedings, please write to us — most disagreements are faster to fix by email.
